Little Miss Samantha! 3.22.09 Shoot

Two weekends ago I had the chance to photograph another newborn - yay!  Her name was Samantha.  She was 2 weeks old and younger sister to 2 big brothers who I'm sure are going to raise her into a tough little girl.  She was a sweet little thing who brought a smile to my face just like the first few rays of sunshine that peek through the clouds after a wet, wet spring.  Keep it coming!

Anna's Shoot March 18th!

Last summer I reconnected with one of my sorority sisters from U of I (I-D-A-H-O Vandals) who lives only an hour from me!  Small world, as they say.  Come to find out here we were, over 10 years later (boy that dates me doesn't it?!) both married with 2 kids.  Bird (her nickname) has been blessed with twins, nonetheless!  I couldn't imagine.....anyway, we finally got around to scheduling a shoot for her little girl Anna.  She is about the same age as my daughter Ella (3 1/2).  An age where it takes a lot of pleading, bribing, and creativity to get them to stay still for 1 second in the right spot to try and get a nice composition!
